Maintenance Contract
A. MAINTENANCE of solar installations
1. Objective
The contractor in the appendix (A) quoted solar aptitudes for the following conditions
at the installation area.
2. Service provided
The contractor maintains service in order to get the solar installation in good operational condition. The
Principal chooses the maintenance period and the payment is quoted in appendix (A).
the removal of defective parts after notification by the principal;
the removal of defective parts, that are recognized by the remote diagnosis,;
c) the exchange of defective parts of the solar installation.
Except easily worn out parts
The contractor guarantees maintenance service yearly on average within
one working day after point a, b or c.
Extra maintenance service that the principal need other than the maintenance period quoted,
appendix (A), is executed by the contractor in each case to valid price.
3. Not included in the service :
3.1 the removal of disturbances at solar installations is
a) Improper service provided, see handbook from respective parts,
b) Through outer influence i.e.(water), hit from indirect lightning, power fluctuations etc.,
3.2 Preventive maintenance
The cleaning of solar modules is executed by contractor. The maintenance period is given by
measurements over telephone.
b) The operations shipping of mechanics and the controls is also guaranteed by the contractor.
4. Obligations of the principal
4.1 The principal contacts the contractor immediately if a defection report arises.
4.2 The principal will take care during the contract period from the contractor
stating technical preconditions for the solar installation given.
The principal can not service the solar installation repairs, as long as the contractor are in charge
this contract, unless the to parties agree on the execution.
4.4 The contractor is allowed to alter technical parts for the preventive maintenance and
improvements of solar installation. The contractor will fix the time necessary for these performances.
4.5 The contractor have to write down at the beginning before the removal of the disturbances
in the solar installation into the protocol book and countersign in each case.
